To make a reservation a deposit of at least one-half the amount due is required. No booth spaces will be held without a deposit being paid. After April 28, 2012, all spaces reserved must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
NO DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER June 28, 2012.
Any balance due must be paid in the Dealer Registration area when you arrive at the convention, and before you set-up.

Two Dealer Admission badges will be issued per booth space. Additional badges may be purchased (kids under 12 are free). You are allowed to stay in the dealer parking area with your vehicle for free.

GENERAL INFORMATION

GENERAL ADMISSION:
$10.00 for 12 and over for the whole show.

CAMPING FEES:
$30.00 with electric/water and
$15.00 primitive (no hook-ups) per day.


DEALERS AND TAILGATERS:

$35.00 w/out OR $45 w/hook-ups per 20-foot wide space per day.
Fee includes 2 Dealer Admission badges per 20-foot space. Additional badges may be purchased, if needed.
Fees will be paid from the day of arrival through Saturday, no refund given for early departures.

Please do NOT arrive on the grounds before Wednesday!
