The state of Ohio does collect sales tax on vendors. Any sales tax liability incurred by vendors at the 2013 NTA National Convention is the responsibility of the vendor. The NTA is not involved in the registration or collection of any taxes that may result from sales of vendors other than the NTA.
The fairgrounds has a policy of no open campfires on the grounds. Charcoal and gas grills are permitted--above ground.
